The best way to apply powder blush is to shake (or blow off) any excess from your blush brush first, hit the back of the hand to see the amount you would have attained and gently blow the excess off. Apply lightly at first, you can always add more! Then sweep it lightly across the temples, forehead, cheeks, and then chin to pull the look together.
