Beautysak.com has tried to accurately display the colors of products
on our Site. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor
and are for reference only.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing
or product information, Beautysak.com shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Beautysak.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Beautysak.com shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount
of the charge.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and their use on our site are subject to general
conditions of use and privacy policy. Gift certificates can only be
redeemed toward purchase of goods available through our Site. We are
not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We will have
the right to cancel a gift certificate or request alternative forms
of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed
to make purchases on our site. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10
of one cent.
